  Helpful, welcoming service. The room was lovely. Clean, good layout, nicely and thoughtfully designed. Quality amenities, from hair dryer to hot drink selection, this hotel is really quite lux, but not over the top! The restaurant was also lovely, good food, friendly service. I knew when I booked that rooms overlooked Red Funnel ferry dock on busy road. All -night heavy traffic and lights did not bother us at all- a light sleeper who didn't know, might suffer. Rooms are basic, clean and ideal for a night or two can't fault.

Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and something for everyone.
