  Perfect hospitality! We spent 3 nights and we got all the help we needed and also a great full English Breakfast! 10 minutes walk from city center, was perfect for us. It was also easy to park the car right putside the door. Thank you for a pleasant stay! - Great location for city life, countryside and sea side to. Staff very welcoming, room very... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable, breakfast was outstandingly good, and hosting superb. I would most definate recomend to others and stay here again.

  The small dent in my wallet when I left; I was warmly welcomed, had a clean comfortable room, a hot working shower, a large breakfast, and on-site free parking, two minutes walk from my venue, the Guildhall. As stated....excellent value for money. - I liked the location. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk from the train station and was close ... wat mensen zeggen » to the main shopping area. The place was clean and for breakfast the owner would cook you whatever you want which is a nice touch.

  I really liked the warm welcome we received from AJ, who made us tea and coffee with some very tasty cake on our arrival. AJ was very accommodating and offered for us to use her fridge to keep our drinks cool etc. All you have to do is ask and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. What a lovely lady. Then at breakfast we met Sue, she was just a... wat mensen zeggen » s lovely as AJ and she was very informative about the area and what to do for our day ahead. Again nothing was too much trouble and I really felt that - The host, aj, was very hospitable and met me at the front door with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. She was a credit to her business and certainly makes your stay relaxed and enjoyable. As mentioned in previous reviews, the breakfast was excellent...not just in selection of choice but also in quality of ingredients. As it happened, i'd had quite a large dinner the night before and so only wanted a light breakfast and aj offered to cook me an omelette which wasn't even on the menu. It was
