  Great location in Madrid. Very central so we walked everywhere from Puerto Del Sol.. Lots of shops nearby, restaurants, bars etc. and metro station is a stones throw away. Apartment was very clean , bedrooms were nice and sofabed was fine. Called us a taxi and sorted that out which would have been hard on the day we left due to protests in Puert - Perfect location! So close to a Metro, Sol, a few stops to Atoche Renfe if you need to get a train. In the heart of the city so you can walk to almost everything from here. Armando is not warm and fuzzy and really does not speak any English, however, he did let us store our luggage for free since we arrived early in the day. He met us later in the day to check in and we could communicate with gestures and a few words. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Could use more blankets. Does not hav

  It was my second time and I loved it. 1.location,location. Location! Literally 2 minutes on foot from Puerta del Sol ( the very center of town) with a night shop next door and plenty of shops, restaurant and eateries 2. Mrs. Luz , the owner is always sweet and accommodating.3. CLEAN. Our room and the bathroom have been recently refurbished. 4. QUI... wat mensen zeggen » ET. There were hardly any noise. Surprising given its location. 5. For the seniors there is also a LIFT.All in all it is a great value for money. I w - The location next to the Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor is excellent, walking distance to the Prado and the main sights. We were received very cordially by the charming and very friendly Luz, in her clean and comfortable hostal. Lots of eating options nearby. We didn't have a good experience at the nearby Museo del Jamon, but that was just our bad choice for breakfast.

  It was a great place to stay... Clean n quite and they had a good security system and they are very budget friendly. .. and the location is perfect. Its right in the middle of the city n has near by access to the metro and restaurants. The fountain where are night the street artists come to perform. The palace is like a 29 minutes walk for the hot... wat mensen zeggen » el. The hotel is totally worth it. - The location is brilliant. Rooms are clean, and good value for money. I can recommend this hostal to anyone who would like to explore the city because everything are close in the vacinity. The bathroom and room are tiny,but for the five nights we stayed, it was sufficient. Fridge, hair dryer, clean linen and towels plus amenities everyday.

  Location was excellent, a very very short walk from the Puerta del Sol. Very very very good value for the price. Place was clean, and everything worked fine. Staff was very hospitable. Honestly I've stayed at better places, but I certainly enjoyed my stay, and have no real complaints. Would certainly stay here again. - We LOVED it here!
