  Good facilities, I read some reviews before booking, I am pleased I did not believe them all as my 7 day stay was extremely acceptable. Good secure parking, excellent access to accomodation, clean comfortable, well equiped rooms. Very friendly multi lingual staff.   It was next to the old town which was within 10mins walk of the hotel (although up a hill on the way home). We felt the old town had a lovely buzz in the evening, very Spanish and not many tourists. The hotel was very clean, and paying 50 euros a night made the hotel extremely good value for money. The hotel is about 15-20 mins from the airport, ... wat mensen zeggen » which costs about 25 euros. - This was a stop for convenience for us before getting the ferry early next day. It was easy to find and park and easy to get to the port in 30 minutes. The parking was secure and the room large and comfortable though a bit impersonal. Due to time restrictions we ate at the hotel which was fine.....not outstanding but quite good and suited us for the last night in Spain.

  The room is inside a student residence and looked brand new. It was spacious with a nice bathroom and there was also a cooking area with kitchen utensils. There is a communal area on the ground floor where you can meet other travellers. The men on the reception were very friendly and helpful. The residence is situated in a mixed African/Arab neigh... wat mensen zeggen » bourhood, but it didn't seem unsafe. It is easy to walk to the Guggenheim from the residence and it is also close to Abando station. - Close to train station and old town. Lovely helpful man on reception that spoke English and gave us information. Also moved us to a different room on request. Free wifi. This place is uni halls of residence, so rooms are small with single beds, but you have bathroom with shower +clothes line over it, and little kithchen area with cooking hob, microwave and fridge. We really value the small things like being able to make a cup of tea when you want one.

  Modern hotel with spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable, high quality fixtures and good shower. Reception staff friendly enough. Location was fine, caught Bizkaibus outside Airport Terminal straight to Centre (get off 2nd stop) and 10 minute walk to the Hotel. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. It is centrally located in downtown Bilbao walking distance from everything and anything. The hotel would best be characterized, at least subjectively, as business luxury: it is luxurious but not plush. Lastly, it was a very good deal through letsbookhotel.com during the period we stayed. Highly recommended for top level comfort.

Also the self-catering option was blessing as eating out all the time is not that easy with a 3 month old baby. - Practically everything : close to shops, museum, metro, quiet distict, well equipped, large bathroom, kitchen facilities.

  It was one of the best hotles I have stayed in, and I spend my life in hotels. I visit on average 40 hotels a year in my job. I loved the design and art work and the thematic ties with the amazing Guggenhein Museum and Fine Arts Museum, both of which are within such easy walking distance. The service was friendly but efficient, a rare mix.
