  Property lifted way above the general run of regional highway motels by an operator who is consummate professional. Room was excellent, location worked for us but it was the owner who stood out with his very warm greeting, eagerness to put us on right path for things to see and do, places to eat etc. and genuine wish for us to enjoy his town. - w... wat mensen zeggen » e could not have asked for a better service,the owners were brilliant and very accomodating.our family had a large number of rooms booked for a wedding/family get together, it was fantastic. We were lucky and pretty much had the house to ourselves, but if the house was fully booked there is still lots of living rooms for all to have their own space if wanted.   We only stayed 1 night so it was a sort of "stopover" on our trip round North Island, but the apartment was well equipped & comfortable with some garden furniture in the back "garden". Bed was large and comfortable and room was new and clean. Location to beach and shops fabulous. Weather was amazing. Loved having little back yard to sit in.
