We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants.
This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc.
The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the castle and countryside. We had great breakfast with the most marvelous variety

This place is absolutely gorgeous, the owners are lovely, so warm, friendly and helpful... they clearly are passionate about their business, and work tirelessly to make it a welcoming, comfortable place to stay.. This was exceptionally good. From the welcome, to the room, to the food. All were excellent. It was the little things, such as access to a community fridge with wine and water, that made the stay of one night really enjoyable, homely and friendly. Bize de la Tour lived up to all the very high opinions we have read. The building is fascinating what with its spiral staircase, huge beams etc. The rooms are superbly furnished and the bathroom has everything one would want. Booked this accommodation last minute and it was Easter weekend so
choices in Perpignan were limited. Paid more than I normally do but I
think there is only a room price so would have been the same for two,
which would have been an okay price. The three room choices are all

Located right -
We loved the design of the room along with the courtyard, and lunch and sitting rooms. The breakfasts were fresh and tasted delicious with lots of choice. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and the owner and staff were very accommodating.
