We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants.
This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc.
The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the castle and countryside. We had great breakfast with the most marvelous variety

This place is absolutely gorgeous, the owners are lovely, so warm, friendly and helpful... they clearly are passionate about their business, and work tirelessly to make it a welcoming, comfortable place to stay.. Bize de la Tour lived up to all the very high opinions we have read. The building is fascinating what with its spiral staircase, huge beams etc. The rooms are superbly furnished and the bathroom has everything one would want.
