  I don't want to start writing because I won't stop! So much care and attention to detail has gone into the Dochavert; you see it everywhere you look. Gwendoline and Philipe are fastidious and generous; welcoming and discerning; thoughtful and kind. I felt a part of their home. Breakfast was a marvel, worthy of any 5* hotel and the highlight - We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants. This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc. Our room had one large room with a smaller side room and pull-out bed and they brought in a crib. W - Chateau de Blomac is a gem. The women who owns it wonderfully helpful in many ways and has created a wonderful small hotel in an old chateau. We stayed in 15 small chambres d'hotes on our trip to France and this was our favorite. The décor of the old chateau blends modern comfort with traditional French style.   Our stay was great ! One of the very best Hotel we have been to in France. It is called a B&B, but in reality this is rather a "Luxury Guesthouse" or a "Boutique Hotel".
