  Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). Staff is very friendly and perfect English is spoken. Location is on a hill offering a beautiful ocean view and view over the cruise - The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

The host is friendly and acts as a guide by leaving maps, discounts for some businesses in town, and explaining historical/practical things about dubrovnik. There are shopping malls (food, bakery, ...) in the direct environment, which is good since there is no breakfast optio - Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.

  We stayed in the Duplex apartment at the start of October.The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, absolutely in the centre of old Dubrovnik. It is right at the heart of the city life and as it is the top two floors is actually very quiet...except for the bells of St Blaise's church (literally a few feet away) and the Cathedral. The facilities to cook are absolutely fine but you are spoilt fo - The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

We arrived very late and were worried that we would not be able to get in (we did not have a European phone or any way of contact) Thankfully, he had waited patiently for us and was there to welcome us.   We smile when we think of our vacation in Dubrovnik. Villa Vinka is one of the main reasons for it. The staff greeted us with kindness and wonderful service. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen, dining room and private sitting area outside, where we played cards and games while we enjoyed delicious food.
