The owner, Igor was very nice. He waited us in front of the door and helped us to pick up the luggages to the apartment. He introduced good place for us to visit. The warmest thing was he provided us the wine which was made by himself(or family) for drink. Despite we don't drink, but we were grateful for his hostipality.

The owner Igor was very nice and helpful. He helped us to book the car from the airport to the apartment, vice vera. He also helped us to pick up the luggages. The view was fantastic, just like the picture from letsbookhotel.com.
Room was spacious. We love the balcony and had our breakfast there. We will book this apartment again when we come back.

Amazing! Fantastic apartment that exceeded our expectations. Everything is bright and modern and Mubera, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. Very good location and cleaning apartment. The owner Nanasa is so attentive and provides all kinds of useful /practical stuffs you needed for your stay, including washing machine! The terrace is with beautiful flours and it's a comfortable and pleasure to sit down after visiting Dubrovnik or swimming. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The villa is up some steps from the old town. We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

The apartment is very well located as its a 5 min walk to Lapad beach and 10 min from Splendid, 2 min from a cinema (in English), cafes and restaurants are also a few min walk away. The No 4 bus is just outside and runs every 20 min from 15min past the hour and goes direct to the old town in about 15-20 min.

Perfect position for us overlooking the harbour at Lapad, quiet and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The owner was delightful and amazingly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and a perfect size for two people.
The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.
