The owner, Igor was very nice. He waited us in front of the door and helped us to pick up the luggages to the apartment. He introduced good place for us to visit. The warmest thing was he provided us the wine which was made by himself(or family) for drink. Despite we don't drink, but we were grateful for his hostipality.

The owner Igor was very nice and helpful. He helped us to book the car from the airport to the apartment, vice vera. He also helped us to pick up the luggages. The view was fantastic, just like the picture from letsbookhotel.com.
Room was spacious. We love the balcony and had our breakfast there. We will book this apartment again when we come back.

Natasha was a wonderful host, who went out of her way to be helpful. As others have noted, provided a cel phone for our personal use and to contact her. Very good location and cleaning apartment. The owner Nanasa is so attentive and provides all kinds of useful /practical stuffs you needed for your stay, including washing machine! The terrace is with beautiful flours and it's a comfortable and pleasure to sit down after visiting Dubrovnik or swimming. + Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing. My 85 year old mother could do it in 15 minutes.

We were at Sumetska 8 at Ana's place. + A lovely host, very friendly, with a lot of useful tips of what to do and see. + The apartmant is very clean, modern and has an amazing view from the terrace. + It's about a 15 minutes walk to the old town, really lots of steps, there is also a bus, but we always made the trip by feet - downstairs and upstairs. There is just a quiet noise from the road to hear, good air - no exhaust gas

Željko was a wonderful host. We arrived late in the evening and he took time to walk us to a good restaurant short walk from the apartment, we ended up coming here two more times with friends, great food and value for money. The location of the apartment was excellent, 5 min walk from the main beach, right next to the bus station to The Old Town and a Taxi rank. This was our third stay in Dubrovnik and I can honestly say that we enjoyed staying outside of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town,

The villa is up some steps from the old town. We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

Loved the location. Very central. Loved the old town but the new part was great too. Enjoyed the trip to Lokrum. Gils is the place to eat but you will need to book as it fills quickly. Went to a recital in the Rectors Palace which was fantastic.

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

This apartment is very elegant, bright, clean and quiet; thanks for good windows :). The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We received a lot of information and many practical tips about Dubrovnik and traditions. If we have questions the answers were replied quickly by e-mails or SMSes. I can definitely recommend this apartment to my friends or anyone else who wants to visit this marvelous town.
