  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   Warm,friendly, helpful staff that were understandably proud of their lovely city. So appreciative of the folks at the Front Desk. Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. - Everything!   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.
