They were very courteous, attended to our requests, always willing to give us information and assistance with directions, restaurants, etc. The location was the best--- right in the heart of the old city.   My wife and I were just stopping thru the area and only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay more!!!!! We were greeted by Pierre who was amazingly friendly. It is right on the lake, there is a nice little dock and a bunch of kayaks, canoes, and a rowboat to use. The fishing in the lake is supposed to be pretty good too. We even had a fridge and coffee maker in the room - Only 20 mins drive north of Quebec City. Large, clean room (we stayed in the "Zen" room) with colour therapy jacuzzi tub. Only a few mins drive to nearby microbrew/restaurant Pub Archibald (recommended by our host, and for good reason!), or Siberia Station Spa (hot/cold baths/saunas/hottubs). House itself is right on Lac St Charles, with at least 5 single & double kayaks and canoes to use. Lake was glassy, quiet, and beautiful for paddling, though as it's the water supply for Quebec City,
