  My wife and I were just stopping thru the area and only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay more!!!!! We were greeted by Pierre who was amazingly friendly. It is right on the lake, there is a nice little dock and a bunch of kayaks, canoes, and a rowboat to use. The fishing in the lake is supposed to be pretty good too. There is an outdoo... wat mensen zeggen » r firepit and plenty of room to relax outside or in. The rooms were clean and really well appointed. We even had a fridge and coffee maker in the room - Only 20 mins drive north of Quebec City. Large, clean room (we stayed in the "Zen" room) with colour therapy jacuzzi tub. Only a few mins drive to nearby microbrew/restaurant Pub Archibald (recommended by our host, and for good reason!), or Siberia Station Spa (hot/cold baths/saunas/hottubs). House itself is right on Lac St Charles, with at least 5 single & double kayaks and canoes to use. Lake was glassy, quiet, and beautiful for paddling, though as it's the water supply for Quebec City,

  The hosts Miriella & Serge were gracious, engaging and informative. Miriella is an excellent gourmet cook. The breakfasts couldn't have been better! The location was ideally located across from a beautiful city park. The neighborhood was pleasant for walking, although there was access to public transportation. Within 8 blocks there was a de... wat mensen zeggen » lightful shopping district and numerous restaurants. - Their signature top-notch breakfasts were healthy, tasty, varied, most ample, and beautifully presented. The linens in the bedroom, bathroom and at the table are highest quality. There was a small bouquet of fresh flowers in our room! The ideas and helpfulness of these hosts was what make bed and breakfasts such an highere was a small bouquet of fresh flowers in our room!
