  The bathroom has an excellent spa shower with 6 spray heads. The water pressure and temperature was very good. Also the bathroom was very clean. The comfortable bed gave us 2 good nights sleep. The hotel is very historical so there was no elevator. The restaurants breakfast and service was delicious. Would not - Location, location, location.... In the heart of Quebec. We stayed in the recently remodeled room 36 on the 3rd floor. Small, but cozy and quiet. Steps were no problem. A/C is quiet. We took their package deal for one day only. It included 2 breakfasts and dinners with a bottle of wine @ Restaurant 1640 downstairs and 1 day paid parking. What a great deal! Food is delicious and service is outstanding. Information center is next door. We definitely will stay there on our next trip.

  The history and architecture of the building was amazing. The building was a lovely mix of historic features and modern amenities. The location is unbeatable. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The included breakfast offered variety and was delicious. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The complim... wat mensen zeggen » entary room upgrade was a lovely surprise and made the stay that much more memorable. - I loved being in a historical building and yet all modern amenities were at my fingertips I liked having a valet because parking was an issue and understandably so in such a rich historical city. .Most importantly, the hostess unexpectedly, upgraded our room to the loft and I thought I was in heaven. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were contemporary, cleanand with everything you need. The bathrooms were fantastic. Location isamazing very near to old town and chateau frontenac, lots of nicerestaurants nearby. - The location is wonderful. You can walk out the door and every thing is within a five minute walk.   What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!! There were renovations going on ... wat mensen zeggen » whilst we stayed there and some scaffolding over our window (inevitable in an old building which must be maintained) but they kindly gave us a complie - sheets on comforter so I feel clean in room--this is critically important recycling in room warm pool friendly check-in competent concierge gorgeous facility warm pool!!!! LOVED this! Would have stayed elsewhere if you had not had it. water and fruit at pool nice shampoos beautiful room

  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   The hotel was very centrally located and our room exceeded our expectations by far as it was very recently updated with beautiful finishings, a very modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. The one way streets were a bit tricky, but the staff dr - This is a delightful place right in the heart of Vieux-Quebec. My room was quite small but comfortable, with plenty of storage space. You need to be able to deal with stairs, but the staff are very obliging helping with luggage. Free coffee is available at breakfast time, and there is a discount arrangement for breakfast in a nearby cafe. I found it an excellent base for a few days' stay.
