  I loved the outdoors, the staffs were super friendly and attentive..we got lost on our way there we called for help, the young man I spoke with was very patient and was great with his directions .My room was nice and clean..everything was great!!! - Stayed one night while visiting family/friends in White Plains.   We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... cosa dice la gente » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave.   Everyone was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, nice area, I would definately stay there again. The bartenders were extremely friendly. - When they say location is everything, well this backs that 100%. Love the grounds. And inside lobby hall ways rooms....immaculate.
