I loved the outdoors, the staffs were super friendly and attentive..we
got lost on our way there we called for help, the young man I spoke with
was very patient and was great with his directions .My room was nice and
clean..everything was great!!! -

There are a zillion different types of restaurants - do you your research - we love Cafe Formaggio located right at the end of the road on Old Country Road - there is a Shake Shack, PF Changs - lots of Italian restaur

It was so close to Shea's that we could walk to our event. They gave us a room right by the icemachine and elevators as we requested. nice lobby to relax in. -

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He

Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. The colonial village décor of the hotel makes on feel so comfortable.
The inside courtyards are a pleasure to walk through. The staff are all

Everyone was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, nice area, I would definately stay there again. The bartenders were extremely friendly. -
