This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight.

We loved the beautiful location, so close to Tanglewood and other destinations. From the moment you arrive, you feel a great calm at the Cranwell. This is an ideal place to relax and un-wind. The room was superb as well as the breakfast menu. We plan to return here for a stay. -

Very nice, elegant, stylish yet relaxed hotel, with very friendly staff. Location is superb, close to the heart of the town. Breakfast was abundant, topped with delicious home-made cakes. We had a great time there, can only recommend to anyone. -

I had more coffee and she left the money! I did leave it when we left! Close to great shopping! Close to Fenway. Near excellent dining. The Bell Hops were very nice!

This is an old fashioned New England Inn that is being kept up to date
with excellent maintenance, good modern services--wi fi when it works,
digital tv, fitness center, very comfortable bed and comfortable chairs
in each room. The public areas are inviting, a library and computer
terminal are available and easily accessible. Food in the dining room is
very good, service is excellent. Superb shower.

Great location in the center of Sandwich. The heat did not work in our room, so we were promptly moved and upgraded to a much nicer deluxe room. The main restaurant is very beautiful, and the tavern (where we chsoe to eat) is cozy with a large fireplace. -

We liked the resort because it's very family-oriented, it's got indoor and outdoor pools for kids to play in and relaxing lounging areas for grownups. The staff was just excellent helping me deal with my various idiot vacation crises. This is the most important thing. They were cool with a late checkout and didn't pester me about it.
No cash in my wallet to leave a tip in my room and I feel terrible for that.
Good cape-style chicken salad. And I'm picky. Love to find that on the road.
