Staff were friendly and willing to help in any way.
Missed breakfast at the r3esort but were given a great off site recommendation at the airport. -

Beautiful facility.
Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night.
Clean!

This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. I am a smoker,even though I don't smoke a lot I found it very nice to be able to relax in my room with a cup of tea and a smoke. Not having to go outside was a true comfort. The hotel was very attractive and comfortable, spacious bar area with great healthy free appetizers! The FREE buffet breakfast with made to order omelets was the best ever!
The pool area was clean and the hot tub was roomy! Great place to stay at a very good price!

The Charles is extremely convenient, provides a very pleasant environment, good services, particularly the use of computers. The rooms are nice and well thought-out, the food is good and the prices reasonable. A winner! - Excellent room, facilities, and location.

Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

Everything is perfect, room very beautiful and well equipped with all the ameneties a guest wish to have, very clean.Beutiful bathroom with shower/bathtube.The hotel is located close to the Logan Airport (from the airport get the Silver Line bus and get off at the second stop), 15 minutes by walk to the "World "Trade" T-Station, anyway if you like

Staff was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room just because they found out we were on our anniversary.
The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned.
The room was very neat and clean.

Overall, the Inn was very suitable for our visit of three nights. The breakfasts each morning were wonderful with excellent service. Our room was very quiet and clean. We walked several times to AK Diamond to eat supper and enjoyed the food. Pricing was reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed biking and seeing the Nantuckt architecture in the homes

I liked that all the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly from the check in desk to the cleaning people. This was a much needed vacation and the room was fine espeically being an ocean front view room. Loved the activities, loved the beach. I'd recommend this place and come back. -

The beach services is really good they provide you beach chairs,
umbrellas and towels. The beach staff is also helpful and friendly.
There is also a bar that serves you on the beach, but you can also bring
your cooler and fill free with ice in the ice machine located close to
the beach.

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

Rooms were very comfortable and in high standard. The staff was very helpful, overall facilities were fantastic (I recommend the bar :). Location is good, close to the metro, so you could be in the town in about 15 min from the moment you leave the doors of the hotel. If you travel by car, there is a free parking provided. -
