The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the ferry port so if your stuck like we were in leaving the car on the main land you can walk leisurely. This hotel had us a wheelchair to use which saved our vacation since the ferry service is inadequate -

The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room we stayed in had been recently renovated. There was a new rug, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was recently retiled. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room was updated,modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Our group enjoyed the local pub too! -

This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. This is probably the most professional, helpful and kind staff I have yet to run into. You often find one great person that goes out of their way to be helpful but with this hotel, they are all terrific. Whoever manages this hotel has made some great hires. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The breakfast is very good. Great choice for anyone visiting Boston but wanting to stay outside of the city.
