  front desk was helpful, friendly responsive and accommodating. Hotel was responsive to request for softer bed (not so good for the money). Maid service was exemplary and responsive. - That this hotel is so close to where my parents and my famly lives in the Berkshires .

  Never been there before. We have used Tewksbury as a jumping off spot on our way to and from Fl-Me for 11 years now or more. I look for hotels in the $80-$90/ night bracket and you fit that. Fairfield Inn, our usual haunt, did not. We very much enjoyed our brief stay and were impressed with the facility.
