Staff was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room just because they found out we were on our anniversary.
The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned.
The room was very neat and clean.
The hotel was very nicely decorated and upscale.

The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

Overall, the Inn was very suitable for our visit of three nights. The breakfasts each morning were wonderful with excellent service. Our room was very quiet and clean. Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

It was located close to many places to visit on the Cape. Also the owner Deb was pleasant to talk to and the free breakfast was very good.The room we stayed in was a good size and clean. It also had a very large private bathroom. -
