The staff. They were helpful polite and cheerful.
The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.
The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.

Ottima posizione. Apprezzatissima la presenza del ristorante. Buffet colazione soddisfacente. - posizione molto centrale a 200 metri dalla stazione centrale e a 5 min. a piedi dalla 5th Avenue, letto grande e molto comodo, non si sentiva nessun rumore nonostante posizione così centrale!

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Just what you can expect from a new, renovated hotel. The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. Room condition was clean and spotless, same as en suite bathroom.
Excellent location, very close to everything central.
Quite reasonably priced considering it's a chain of Marriott hotels, it's location, free Wifi and complimentary breakfast.

Suitable for city trip.
Staff was great. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name). Dan is the soul of the hotel, friendly and helpful. Don't know about remaining staff.

I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. The location is perfect. Pretty near of touristic sites, such as Time Square, Rockfeller Center, Empire State Building and others. Subway lines are pretty near also. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The hotel was very interesting, it had a very vintage feel to it like the studios in foreign movies. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I also loved how close it was to everything we planned on doing in Manhattan. The staff was all super friendly and they even had a security buzzer on the entrance which was a plus for me.

This was a great apartment at an excellent location, only four blocks from Time Square. Nice and quit with a window against the back. A lot of equipment in the kitchen, it was possible to cook all the meals there. It was a nice deli right down on the corner. I will defintly recommend this apartment to anyone, and I will stay here next time I go to NY.

Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration.
The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit.
The location is the best, just in the middle of everything, around corner is the subway station,
