They rang us during our stay to see if everything was okay and to let us know they are there to help if we needed anything. I miss it alread - - The staff is great. They allowed a early check in and provided a generous gift for my wife how was celebrating her birthday. - The hotel propose is also great. Modern and well located. From the room we got I was possible to hear the street noise during the day. - Definitely, I'll come back to it my next time in NYC.

We were able to leave our luggage to shop for a while the next day, which was very helpful. Overall REALLY liked hotel, would go back!!
