Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration. The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit. The location is the best, just in the middle of everything, around corner is the subway station, Macy's, Starbucks, HyM, the Empire State, and a few minutes walking is Times Square ... The staff at the check in and the bell boy were very friendly.
tutti gli commenti dei clienti » For a one night stay for business, this was the perfect choice. Room was in brand new condition; extremely clean and comfortable. Easy walk from Penn Station and then to work on Park Avenue. Felt very safe and found plenty of close by places to eat great food. Also, friends of Bill W only 3 blocks away. The location of this hotel is in walking distance to a lot of attractions. If you have to get a taxi the concierge will get for you or you can go out and get one yourself. Rooms were cleaned early every day. It was freezing when we were there and rooms were nice and warm. Staff were excellent. coffee in reception at all times. Lou (the concierge)friendly and helpful Location location location Breakfast on site-really handy and adequate reception staff changed our room on request with no problem at all(opposite lift and noisy). We stayed at BW Herald Square and it was very convenient to reach all attractions of NY.. Brand new Good location. At 9-9:30am the elevators are too slow. Because at this time everybody is leaving or taking the breakfast. rooms are really small. Nothing!!!. One small point - it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. There was nothing to not like. Room a bit cramped but only to be expected in NYC. My 7 yr old daughter was upset they didn't have pancakes at the free breakfast. Pancakes would be a good idea lol. n/a. Smal room (as always in NY) Congestioned elevators Poor breakfast. The room was for 4 people, but we were in 3 and the room was tight. There wasn't enough wardrobes, but both negative points are suppressed by the positive points. we booked the room at a higher price. we should have waited for another day/time, as the rates went down. Busy elevators Crowded breakfast area. plastic dishes and cutlery in the breakfast room. we were not offered a room with a view. The free breakfast served egg patties instead of scrambled eggs. They were pre-formed little round circles. Breakfast timings. Price. Single person rooms were quite small, but that is to be expected in New York. Breakfast room. Size of the room. no fridge in the room. pricing could have been better due to size of rooms.... We had constant trouble with the door lock and while the staff kept making us new key cards, they never came to check the lock itself as the trouble continued throughout our stay. We tried to call the front desk on 3 different occasions with a question and the call never went through, only a busy signal for 5 minutes constantly. Finally went down to ask and never received a call back. Breakfast area was too small for the number of staying guests. Rooms are indeed very small. If you have more than 1 luggage or have a stroller, there is no way to find a place in the room. Breakfast was very poor. Check out is too early- @ 1100. Did not change stain bed sheets Breakfast.
