  The room was in excellent condition. Perfectly cleaned smelling fresh and and luxuriously designed The view from the 37th floor was to die for especially at night. I could see the Empire State Building, Crysler Building and all the others that lit up the night sky. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would reccomend it anytime. My visit to New York Citey will be - Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab--- very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

  I was travelling with my 15 year old daughter. The hotel was a pleasant surprise amidst the unattractive neighborhood. The room was small, but that's New York. We were on 9th floor and the sweeping views of the Williamsburg bridge and Manhattan skyline were amazing! Beds were very comfortable, room was clean.
