- This location is perfect - safe at night and really close to Grand
Central Station which makes transportation super easy if you're
planning on taking the subway.
- The staff is really helpful and friendly.
- This place is CLEAN. Since this is brand new, everything is really really clean - which is awesome for the price and location.
- They hold bags after check out!!! Super super cool and convenient...since a lot of hotels in NY actually don't hold bags.

We went to nyc on a girls trip staying in a two double bed with a city
view room on the 18th floor. Comfortable beds, very clean, adequate
breakfast in am, 24 hr coffee, and excellent service with front desk.
They were always eager to address our needs. This hotel is only two
blocks away from Grand Central Station, which was perfect for seeing the
city. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was th sliding door
that separates the bedroom and bathroom. This was easily overlooked
since we were .
Location - right in the middle of Manhattan closer to the water side and Grand Central (5 min walk). Personnel - very attentive, positive and ready to advise and help. Breakfasts - different almost every day, nice choice of omelettes, youghurts, fruits and coffee/tea. Room amentities were fine, wi-fi was perfect and good speed, bed was comfortable.

Wonderful location, quiet place but not far from the Central Station and 5th Avenue. Good breakfast included in the price of the room, coffee&hot water available free of charge all day long. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Location is great for subway and all Midtown attractions. Good selection for breakfast and rooms (we had 2 double beds) were are good size, and very clean. Good price for NY too. Will definitely use again.
This is a very nice hotel right in the middle of Manhattan. Close to everything. You can walk to Great Central Station or to the bus stops to the airports. And the price is very good for New York.

- The rooms are a bit on the small side, but that's okay - most
hotels in ny are.
- The walls are kinda thin.
- There are only TWO elevators for a 20+ floor hotel :/ Granted that they only have about 10 rooms per floor, but still - sometimes it's a long wait.
- The key cards de magnetize easily, so just be careful and aware that this is a common problem (hotel staff told us this)
- Breakfast sucks ... but what do you expect?.

The bathrooms need fans. The young man at the desk was competent but not friendly. Some of us prefer ice water with breakfast, and the pitcher was always empty.

Environmental friendliness could be taken more seriously beyond the
marketing aspect: don't change the towels if left on the rack, as
the advert says you won't - don't leave the lights and the
aircon all day on for the guest ot find them when they come back to
their room - don't exaggerate the use of air-con in public areas,
such as the breakfast area - consider using non-disposable crockery
and cutlery.
No bar/restaurant. After staying one night we had to check out early. My daughter got sick with food poisoning (not associated with the hotel) I thought we would be refunded some of our money. We checked out a little before 2pm.

The heating in the breakfast area was not well regulated and it was either too hot or cold. Also in the bedroom the heating and ventilation system was making the air too dry.

Not too spacious. Very environmentally unfriendly. Paper cups, plastic forks, knives, spoons, etc, styrofoam plates. Laundry done everyday without reusing towels. This hotel is therefore a huge waste producer. Quite expensive for what it is.
