Extremely friendly staff. Girls on the front desk spoke English and it was no problem checking in at midnight. The concierge was very helpful and spoke a number of languages.

Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. New bathroom/WC, nice little balcony with lovely view of the lake. Free wi-fi in rooms. And all that for the super price of approx. 20 Euro (breakfast and parking included)!!! -

The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. This almost brand new hotel is a very good place to stay in Kharkov. The facilities are huge and the services are perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The underground is just 2 minutes from the hotel and by this you are down town in 10 minutes. I certainly return to this hotel in November again. -
