  The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile. The atmosphere was calm, organised, friendly, not stuffy, felt at home straight away. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and cosy.   Lovely comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space. Bathroom with large shower & separate bath. Good complimentary shower gels etc. Very friendly & extremely helpful staff - a charger was found for my Kindle. - The staff were very good and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean.
