The Fleece has a beautiful location, right on Church Green and only a very short walk from the town centre. The room was spacious and clean with a spotless, large shower room (wet room really with all facilities for disabled). -

We enjoyed our stay at Fairlawns. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were given a room in the gardens because we had our small dog with us and this was perfect for us, the room had everything we needed and it was cosy in the cold weather we were having.

This is no ordinary B & B but a century old pub situated in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 from the city centre, with friendly helpful staff and excellent food at a good price. I stayed two nights and had intended going into the city for the evenings but ate and drank in the pub instead, great food and cask ales I really enjoyed it - even the locals were friendly! The owner is really fantastic with little ones. He took our 4 month old and turned his mood around (he was getting bored and grumpy..) so he was happy and entertained during our evening meal – meaning we were actually able to eat our dinner.. The locals in the pub were very friendly also. Lovely food, clean rooms, and charming decor. Highly recommended all round!

disponobilità - è un vero e proprio BandB. La camera era grande e capiente ed abbastanza confortevole. Spazioso anche il bagno interno dotato di doccia e presa elettrica europea, dove poter ricaricare il telefonino senza necessità di adattatore. La colazione di tipo continentale era accettabile e abbondante. I proprietari sono molto disponibili.

Very helpful owners who went out of their way to make our stay excellent. The room was very comfortable; breakfast was varied and generous. Really appreciated the central heating in the mornings and evenings and the exceptionally hot shower ! Close to city centre. We are in our 70sand we could walk there in 10 mins.

When we got to Heythrop Park we asked to upgrade our room, this was done seamlessly. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. Location is excellent as are facilities. - The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were massive and clean - felt very homely in the main house. The food was brilliant and the staff were friendly!

The reception was warm and friendly with the log fire burning, the staff were friendly and tentative to everyone's needs. I chose the small double bedroom which turned out to be 'cosy', no that small you felt squashed. Situated in a lovely Cotswold's village but close to Oxford it was an excellent location for my business trip and also sightseeing.
