The rooms are spotless and the staff and the owner are very nice and helpful.
Dinner & Dining area was everything we expected and even exceeded our expectations.
Great breakfast delivered by a lovely member of staff.
everything was perfect and perfectly balanced with the price.
Absolutely nothing we did not like apart from having to leave but we will be back.

From the booking in to the checking out the staff are superb and the whole establishment is run with an eye to perfect detail. Very good location in terms of access to Oxford centre and country
walks. The accommodation is excellent, the room and ensuite was
exceptionally clean and well appointed. It is evident that the hotel is
well maintained and a great deal of time/effort has been taken to
ensure that it is of the highest standard. The food whas extraordinary
good and The Bells have a great Chef. The staff are very, very, very
friendly and made every effort to make our short stay an enjoyable one.

Biz is a very hospitable and helpful owner.
We stayed in 'Robin' which is a specious room with a very comfortable bed. It was warm and cosy, I had a great nights sleep.
Our breakfast was cooked to order which is definitely worth the wait as we both agreed it was delicious. I would recommend you try the sausage!

and she gave us local information to make our stay enjoyable. The food

surrounding area. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room
was well presented, very clean and a good size. The little extra touches
like sweets in the room, cake on arrival and complimentary shortbread
were lovely. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. -

We enjoyed our stay at Fairlawns. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were given a room in the gardens because we had our small dog with us and this was perfect for us, the room had everything we needed and it was cosy in the cold weather we were having.

became a luxury hotel after that, and this is the first time I stayed in
the more modern era. In general, I liked everything, but especially the

The hotel was charming and inviting. The location was perfect for us. I was traveling with my daughter visiting another child that is taking a gap year and is in the Oxford Tutorial College. she was able to get to us and we got around the town wonderfully. The staff were all helpful and informative. The environment was cozy and warm which was greatly appreciated because the weather was chilly and wet. Would definitely recommend to others.

We actually stayed next door in the Bay Tree Inn, however, because of a booking mixup. The room there was splendid - Very pleasant staff and the hotel was full of character, the food was excellent, we would recommend it to friends and family

Hambleden village is absolutely beautiful and is just 4 miles from Henley, so is convenient for either the quiet countryside or the more lively atmosphere of town. We received a warm welcome from Dan and the rest of the staff that we encountered on our one night stay. We booked a classic room and was allocated 'The Pit' which was a very pretty, clean and well presented room. Good pub food in the evening and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Highly recommended for some country style R&R!!

The peace and quiet was wonderful. Awoke to the sound of mooing cows rather than traffic noises. The hotel is in a beautiful building and the staff and service are impeccable. The bed was comfortable and linens luxurious. The meal was delicious and I had probably the best pudding I have ever had. -

Excellent dinner and lunch. The food was piping hot, which was much appreciated and the lunch menu was adjusted to meet our personal choices and was all we could wish for. We met some Canadian cousins for the first time and it was a wonderful spot to meet up for lunch on the side of the Thames with them.
