Great historic location, Port Sunlight itself, and within half an hour of both Chester and Liverpool.
The inn is a lovely old building with many original features, the welcome couldn't have been better, even though we arrived during the early evening when the restaurant was busy.

Spacious and interesting accomodation (a former temperance hostel !) great location right in the centre of Port Sunlight Village, which was the purpose of our trip (an architectural settlement by philanthropic soap manufacturer). Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Food good value for money, good wine offers, (could text for voucher code for £5 discount) typical pub grub - no frills! Folk club on a Wednesday, free but you will need to buy a raffle ticket. Mix of amateurs and some firs

On arrival you think it looks like a bad place to leave your car. On checking in the staff show how crime in the area is much lower than the town centre. We had a perfect view of the Mersey and watched the car ferry we were going to sail on arrive. Room was decorated lovely and bed really comfy. For the money we paid for a single night to save us

Room is big especially bathroom. The staff is friendly as well. Although the hotel are quite far from city center, the price of private taxi is so cheap, about 3 pounds to city center. That mean if you have 3 people, it will be 1 pound per person.

Chalet popular was immaculate. All activities were close to chalet. Loads for kids to do. Prices in Nisa were excellent. -
The chalet was clean and had everything we needed. The evening entertainment was good. The swimming pool was great.
