The Friendly staff and their pleasent manners to make one feel welcome and also its location in the city of Liverpool. Definitely worth staying here, second time in a month. Very convenient for people travelling.location - right next to the academy and very close to the main town. Friendly staff. Value for money. The staff were quite helpful. Its location next to Lime Street Station is very central, although my single was small, the room was very quiet and the en-suite good. The price/performance ration is excellent.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Very good location, large room. Location. Cheap. Good location. Close to city center, Lime station and harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good to have a restaurant in the hotel.Breakfast included - eat as much as you want from the buffet. Tea/coffee provided in the room. The situation, in the center. Helpfull Staff. Very central (beside Lime St Railway station - good value at LetsBookHotel.com rates. Great location next to rail station and central. Convenient acess to the city centre, train and coach stations. A budget hotel with bare minimum facilities. It was close to where i wanted to be.Friendly staff. Lift turbulence. and no facility of lift to 3rd floor. eating breakfast off a low couch and sofa is not ideal - proper tables and chairs would be better. The elevator looked really bad and didn't go higher than level 2 of 3. Inside of lift door could do with sprucing up to give better first impression. One matrass was in the shape of bananas. The bathroom had left-overs from the visitor before.Only one toaster serving a large breakfast queue. Car park was an area behind hotel and only held about 10 cars. No marked bays so some people did not park properly, restricting number of cars that could use the site. Lumpy mattress. No phones in room so no wake-up calls. One fo the staff serving breakfast in the monring was very rude to another guest and it was totally inappropriate. No telephone in room; no air conditioning or fan; loud party in adjacent building to late hours; very old lift. some staff, noise from outside, not clean toilet, torn bedding. The arrangement for morning breakfast were very very basic with not even dining chairs and table available, worse than what you get in a B and B accomodation. The room was dusty and overall the room was not very clean.
Breakfast was do it yourself and was limited choice. Our room booking was changed without notification from a room with two single beds to one with one double bed. The heater is the room would not function at all and we were very cold. The additional bedding we needed was stained and dirty. not very clean. I know the hotel was closed for some time, refurbishment I assume but little evidence to show any improvements and the decor was still very poor.very small , dirty bathroom. Loud rock music every night from venue next door. Unable to sleep. No soap. No telephone. No cold water. Dirty toilet.
