La tranquillità e la vicinanza al centro di Liverpool - L'albergo è in ottima posizione, la dotazione ed il comfort delle suites sono eccezionali, la colazione è discreta, lo staff è molto disponibile (la mattina in cui siamo ripartiti hanno provveduto anche a fornirci una colazione take-away, nonostante fossero appena le 5.00)

The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

Staff were so good, prior to our arrival i had a few queries as i had read aome bad reviews online and they were so quick to reply. i would definitely recommend the printworks and have only good things to say about the staff and the accomodation.I'm sure early check in is not always possible but the room was ready on arrival which was great so we

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

I booked twin beds for myself and my daughter and they gave us a two bed apartment which was very nice. It was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. It was nice to have a kitchen if you wanted to make a cup of tea. It was great value for money. -
All ameneties in kitchen warm as it was cold outside very comfortable and clean

The location was a stone's throw from the ACC and Echo Arena. I attended a conference and could come home for lunch. The Albert Dock is also very, very close. Checking in was quick and easy, guy who served me was very helpful and polite.
Room was lovely and of a decent size: two double bedrooms (ours had a lovely view of River Mersey), one main bathroomm, one en suite and a large kitchen/diner/living room area again with great views of Mersey and Cathedral.
Right on Kings Dock, easy access to nightlife around Liverpool (which is why we booked). And great for spending time in Liverpool the following day.
