2 bedroom suite was exceptionally large, and offered great value for money versus 2 hotel rooms. You also had a fully functional kitchen with large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and crockery glasses etc for 6.

Luxurious spotless accommodation close to central London. We arrived a tad early but the friendly receptionist let us check in. Our two bedroom apartment was set out over two floors and all I can say is quality. Excellent double glazing, all mod cons, mirrored furniture, sparkling white kitchen, fabulous showers with plenty bath sheets and comfy beds. If you don't want to use the cooking facilities a menu is also avail. Very good security system in place too. Well done to all staff who maintain

The apartment was ideal for a family of four.
The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit.
The staff we met were very friendly and informative. -
Loved the location, in a quiet spot but right in the

Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break.
There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal.
Many parks and interesting places in short distance.

We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.
Gripes aside..they are quibbles...it was still good value for money,and I would defnitely return there..thankyou Nayland! -

The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines).
The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am).

Renovated small hotel, typical London city house with only 25 rooms. Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.

Cordialità del personale, colazione e l'imac. Inoltre la linea bus 88 che si trova a pochi passi dall'albergo è in servizio 24 ore su 24 e porta nelle principali zone di londra. - bellissima camera e il sistema mcintosh in camera una vera figata!
