I went early in the day to drop my bag off and when I told the staff my plan, they were very helpful and offered to do something a bit special, which was great. They were all very helpful. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

It was easy to walk to almost all the tourist attractions. There were several pubs nearby that had great food. The staff were available and helpful, particularly one lady who helped us a lot when we were expecting some tickets delivered. (I wish I remembered her name) We would stay here again.

  Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. We ate there with 2 children. Accommodating, great food but expensive. I realised I had left a little purse with some tablets in it, whilst I was on the train. I called the hotel and housekeeping went and found it for me and today it arrived in the post!
