V good location and good value for money. Room was compact but v well equiped - TV with Sky and DVD, fan, fridge, and plug in radiator. On suite cramped but all functional. Clean if decor was not great. Staff v helpful - fresh towels on request e.g.- and breakfast prompt and good. Would recommend for it's price range -

Very kind and friendly personnel and a fantastic English breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Facilities are basic but you'll find everything you need, kitchenette included. Great value for money and very convenient location near the underground station.

The price, location and staff where excellent. Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

For £40 close to the tube station, Room No 4 on top Floor was veryneat,clean,bright and much better than many b andb in uk. To top it a goodorthopaedic bed and good pillows with all facilites you get in regularhotels. I dont know what others on this gripe about re continentalbreakfast which was decent for the money you pay for- be realistic !!!Over

Location! Right next to Somerset House. 5 min walk to Temple underground tube. No frills but no unexpected nasty bits. Tea/coffee in room, towels provided, there was clean bedding. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast, juice and tea and coffee as much as you'd like. There was stairs but we didn't mind. We arrived at 10am and our room had already been cleaned so we were told to go straight in. Lovely. Would stay here again

The hotel was great it reminds me of a bed and breakfast, not like a
major hotel, the front desk staff knew and greeted us every time we
came in, you could tell it used to be a house but that adds to its
charm, right around the corner is the underground along with a market
