On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. Cordialità del personale, colazione e l'imac. Inoltre la linea bus 88 che si trova a pochi passi dall'albergo è in servizio 24 ore su 24 e porta nelle principali zone di londra. - bellissima camera e il sistema mcintosh in camera una vera figata!

la colazione abbondante,il silenzio durante la notte,la posizione dell'hotel - Hotel spartano, ma abbastanza pulito, si trova in buona posizione vicino alla metro e con un autobus che porta a piccadilly giorno e notte. Lo staff è stato cordiale.

In general, it is a nice hostel which i would definitely love to visit again. The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world. Price is just okay (not cheap/not expensive) because the hostel is situated in a nice location close to the city center.

Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

The rooms of hotel are all new and very nice , I asked for iron and hair dry which was no problem staff are understanding it's a very good safe hotel if you are using st George's ! The resterant beside was good as well .
