The location is superb, just minutes from Paddington Station (train and tube stop). The staff are friendly. We were not only allowed to leave our bags before checking in, but invited to have breakfast (a free meal!). The rooms aren't huge, but they're a reasonable size. I would happily stay there again. -

Ottimo hotel, molto pulito e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto rispetto allo "standard" che si trova di solito a Londra.
E' un po' lontano dal centro città, comunque in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la tube e poi in circa mezzora si arriva in centro. - Vicinanza alla metro

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

I was surprised by the accomodation, it was not a hotel, as there was no staff in attendance, although they were just a phone call away. but in saying that it was very clean, good location for shops and transport, can be noisey with students, so likened it to an upmarket backpackers. On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room.
