  Albergo carino, tutto nuovissimo e splendente. Camera ampia, letto comodo (un vero matrimoniale), servizio di cortesia per the e caffè e minifrigo ( che mi è stato molto utile). Bagno con doccia, moderno e pulito. Zona tranquilla, ben servita dai mezzi, ero in centro in meno di un quarto d'ora ed una volta anche a piedi. The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood. The bathroom had a reasonable size and was very clean and modern, the shower was amazing ! The only downside was the lack of equipments to store your products. The room was on the first floor wh - Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... cosa dice la gente » to work). My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room.   The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations).
