forse dovrebbero ristrutturare i bagni in camera sono molto vecchi però capisco anche che ha i servizi di un albergo 5 stelle ad un prezzo molto favorevole

Niente perchè la hall dell' hotel preannuncia un hotel a 4 stelle - le camere invece hanno uno standard equivalente ad un 2 stelle - arredamento vecchio, moquette sporca e macchiata

Bedroom was excellent but bathroom very poor, in fact shower unacceptable. Service in the lounge ground floor was excellent as was the breakfats.

Bathroom was poor and would probably stop me from staying there again. I spend 80-100 nights a year in hotels in Asia, Europe and USA. This is the worst bathroom I have used this year. Even hotel rooms costing less than £100 have better bathrooms. The shower head also leaked.

A room was available when we arrived at 12 midday which was really helpful

Standard things such as an iron and kettle, having to order such thingsfrom room service and then having to pay extra, quite poor really.

The hotel is dated yet charges a high rate.

The hotel location is the biggest advantage of the hotel. Rooms needed redecoration.

I found the hotel quite unorganised. On arrival the beds were not made, no towels, run out of liqiud soap and the offered us to wash with shampoo! My partner arrived first at the hotel, and they did not let her in the room because I made the booking, although the previous day I informed the hotel that she will be arriving first and they made a note of this fact. Terrible service at reception.

Good location,relaxed and informal atmosphere,comfortable bed.Very spacious room. Afternoon tea was lovely but not as good as The Ritz.The staff were friendly.

Decor tired and shabby,food and drinks totally over priced.£12.50 to watch a movie in your room!

I was very disappointed in the so called 5star hotel. The room was tatty and there was no complimentary shower gel - which I would expect is a basic essential.

Never book a classic room again - it was disgusting. Worst room I have ever stayed in at a 5 star hotel

Abslutely nothing, will not stay there again, the room needed redecoration and no coffee making facilities, extremely drab hotel in need of modernisation
