Cosa dice la gente
close to public transports and restaurants, shops etc. Very close to inner city sights. Found it very quiet regarding inside the hotel itself, but you hear a lot of traffic outside. Its good to stay here if you're looking for a cheap night or two. I'd always recommend booking the en-suite, as if you don't, you'll be sharing a bathroom and toilet. They clean the rooms every day and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Considering what I didn't like, I would still come and stay here agai. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Easy to find, excellent staff, warm and safe base from which to explore London for a few days, room was clean and we were given the option to up-grade to a room with shower etc
very quiet, we were at the front but didn't hear any noise after lights out! excellent budget hotel, well worth the money!.
We liked that the hotel was very central and close to everything we needed we walked to all the tourist attractions and the room was basic but excellent value for money and very clean!! The staff were friendly and we will book again next time we are in London!!.
The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked great. The location was close to public transportation. If you take a different route to the hotel from Victoria Station than the one advertised you can save at least 5 minutes.
The room was clean and comfortable.Ideal place to stay if you are in London one or two nights. Only a few minutes walk from either the coach station or rail station in Victoria. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Ideal location close to bus and tube stations, central, budget friendly. convenient. staff friendly. I will definitely go there again next time I have to visit London.
Good location, close to tube station and coach station so everywhere in London was easily accessible.
Cheap accommodation.
Friendly staff.
Staff are fantastic, the room was very clean and nice, the shower was great, the room service very good, the bed comfy.
Great location!very close to Victoria station, shops, pubs.Room was clean but very small.Everything else was fine.
Cleanliness.
Location.
We were allowed to check-in early in the morning.
Good for one night stay.
The room was clean and tidy. Basic but good value for money.
Comfort, location, cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff.
Loved everything about the place.
Clean, tidy, efficient.
very clean.
Quite cheap hotel in the centre of London. Near Victoria Coach and Railway station. It's good choise for those, who want save money and time visiting London for tourism and not too demanding for comfort. This hotel is classic variant for bed and breakfast.
The family room was spacious and quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The wifi connection didn't work at first but when we reported it they fixed it. The left luggage facility was useful on our last day. Location was very central.
It was the cheapest Hotel in Westminster for that night.
Great location, 2 minutes away from Victoria Coach Station and other transport facilities.
Late Check-in option which is always great.
Reception Staff was helpful.
Clean room.
We liked the location and it was clean. It was the cheapest we could find in a desirable location so we knew we wouldn't be getting a luxury stay.
The location of the hotel being near Victoria Train and Coach Stations. Also being a short walk to Buckingham Palace and other famous locations.
The B&B was clean and the staff was helpful. It was easy to make connections by both bus and the tube to get places.
Helpful staff, really good value for money for the location, room is basic but clean.
the hotel is very well situated, near Victoria Station and the wifi works very well.
Excellent room, very clean bathroom, everything as it should be. Very good.
The room has a comfortable bed. Location is very good. Very clean room.
the place was close to amenities, victoria station, central london.
I liked staff and their friendly nature means reception boy.
good location for victoria coach station.
Near to tube station and attractions.
near to bus station and clean room.
The location and price.

I liked only one thing that they let us leave our luggage in their
hostel even though we already checked out, so we left it there for 8
hours. That was very nice of them.
Location was good - 15min walk to Victoria Station/Tube & Coach Station.
Staff seemed helpful.
Breakfast is okay. Rooms are comfortable enough.
location
request twin room given double bed.
Very nearby victoria coach station.
Location to underground station.
Close to centre attraction,.
The location is convenient.
Good location. Very close to the Gatwick Express.
Shower water got warm... When we turned the cold sink water on at the same time.
It is close to Victoria Station.
Location was pretty good.
There's no kettle in the room (! ... I do love my hot drinks). It's a very confined en-suite bathroom but considering the hotel and room size it's better than a bathroom share. I didn't like that my windows were easy to open and had no lock on them.
no tea or coffee in room - but hay at the price you get what you pay for! plenty of coffee shops around if you want one!.
That our holiday wasn't long enough we have no negative feelings about our stay at this hotel.
Did not get the 2 single beds I booked and instead got 1 bed. The front office workers could be friendlier.
I think the price per night is just a little bit on the expensive side for what is basically a B&B.
From a safety point of view I didn't see any clear directions/instructions of a route to safety in the event of an emergency.
I didn't dislike anything. It was fine.
Did not really dislike anything about the hotel.
My room was just a touch cold, the TV is very small, breakfast is only available from 8 to 9 which was too late for me both nights.
Breakfast was very poor, I was little disappointed.
Small rooms.
No hooks to hang towel in the bathroom.
Needed to be clearer on times for breakfast.
Bedroom window left open all day after room had been cleaned.
Very small.
Basement breakfast room - ok but small and crowded.
poor breakfast in my opinion,
bread , butter, gem
milk and orange juice.
Small room and tiny bathroom. Absence of free WiFi.
The shower changed continuously from hot to cold either freezing or boiling you. The continental breakfast was a little thin consisting of either cornflakes or bran flakes and white sliced shop bread toast with butter and jam, and tea and coffee. for £125 per day a croissant or scone might be an inexpensive addition.
Very poor breakfast. It comes up as a Hotel but it is also advertised as
a B&B so they should offer Full English Breakfast. Breakfast was
really really poor, they should 'upgrade' that for sure.
Also the room where people eat is very small and packet, staff working there do no speak English either.
Cramped room. TINY bathroom. Tea, toast and cereal is the breakfast which is from 8 to 9. There is no supply of fresh towels.
The size of the room was a bit cramped. Also the traffic going past the hotel was a bit much however the hotel was in a great location for sightseeing. All in all we weren't in the room that much.
Teeny little room and bathroom! We didn't have space to leave an opened suitcase anywhere, and had to walk on the bed to get around it. No space to set out any of our things, and the bathroom was smaller than those in some trains. It was economical, but really very small.
The rooms are very small, and the bathroom is minuscule.
If anything at all, there were no glasses in the room but once asked were given some so no real gripes at all.
Hair dryer is not working. Breakfast-toast, butter and jam. Very closely in the room and bathroom. Not served tea and cups.
the price bit of expensif for a small room.
Wash room was extra small. If you sit on toilet seat your knees could even push bathroom door :), i am also 6 feet but it was small. Price should be bit less. We were hardly able to place our 2 full size cases in room.
very very small room.
Did not change towel daily.
staff rather watch tv than speak to you.on leaving i said goodbye had no reply no mannerd.
No kettle/coffee/tea making in the bedroom.Room very tiny.Breakfast poor chioce.
All ok, simple to sleep in and go out in the morning to explore London.
Drains need attention but they are working on it.
No kettle in room.
breakfast....too simple...
How unfriendly the manager was at reception on arrival when we needed a
cup of tea. Other staff were lovely although the girl at reception
wasn't able to book us a taxi. Bathrooms dreadful pods not a real
bathroom at all, rooms cold at night.
The blankets were dirty, with different hair and spils on it, no duvet
cover. Very cold, could not sleep because of that. The bathroom
wasn't clean either, spils of unknown liquid even on the doors, ur
first thought its a slug, but them u realise that it it could be a
shampoo or anything else. Very dirty place. I hope they will provide
duvet covers and a thicker blankets).
The room was very small for 2 people and for the price, even when consideration the city & location. Booked a twin room and was given a double, however the size would be more like a single. There was really only enough space for 1 person to move about and the other person had to sit on the bed out the way.
Probably wouldn't have stayed for more than 1 night.
Expensive Wi-fi. Room smelt like cigarettes. Vending machine does not give change.
Poor attitude of the receptionist.
The bathroom is very unhygienic. The shower holder is broken and rusty.
Room is very hot in the subbasement
I found that i wasted my money in that hotel and should not stay on the site.
Small bathroom, cold in room, no heating till late night.
When we arrived, we got a double room when asked for a twin room. Bathroom was small. Breakfast wasn't upto much. Staff didn't speak English!.
Rooms very small, unable to get extra pillows as none left, choice of
cereal at breakfast very low, bedding cover was not very clean, same as
blanket. Youth hostel would be more appropriate.
The room is very small
The bathroom is tiny, no place to take shower. Using a toilet is acceptable only with an open door, because of the lack of space
The breakfast is disgusting
All the furniture is very old
No shampoos, shower gels in the bathroom
The bed-clothes had holes and looked not very clean, as the towels also.
Cramped room and bathroom, very little space to move around.
Lousy breakfast. 1 staff member was helpful, the other certainly not and money was obviously the main interest.
Windows didn't lock, any card opens any room, bathroom was tiny and smelled, bed was uncomfortable, there was a balcony connecting our room to another room. Very uncomfortable was very unsafe anyone could easily get into your room at any time. Good stay if you are not afraid of being uncomfortable or robbed.
We didn't get the room we booked and it was so small for 3 adults and in the basement with narrows stairs, the bathroom like a closet with no ventilation at all, looks that the staff didn't know how to communicate with customers. I am very disappointed for this. I think letsbookhotel.com should go to pay a visit to the hotels prior to put them in your website.
Room not cleaned when we got it.
Some rooms are very very small.
You cannot decide if you want double or twin beds - even if you write it explicitly in the comments when you book.
Don't waste money on the WIFI. Most of the time it doesn't work or is unusable slow.
no locks on windows
spiral staircase no elevators
hot no air con
pay for wi fi.
