  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient. Excellent location and only a 5 min walk from Victoria Station.   We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.
