  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

  We were a group of 2 adults and 12 children aged 13-16 renting 3 apartments. I loved the fact that the apartments were spacious, clean and modern. It was also conveniently close to food stores and the overground station (literally 2 minutes away).The people running the place were extremely friendly and helpful. Good basic essentials for an apartment. There's a terrace on the top floor too with a view, bonus!

  Nice, modern apartment. Less than ten minutes by feet from the Central line of the tube, 1 minute from the bus stop. The staff is kind and efficient. There are always people in the surroundings streets, at every hour of the day and of the night. Market opened till midnight by the other side of the street. - Convenient to local groceries, bus stop... cosa dice la gente » s and tube station. We stayed in apartment 3. It's updated and most facilities were available. Sofa bed was a good size. The manager was very helpful.

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.
