Always on hand to help. I was very grateful as I arrived on an early flight (20+ hours) and they arranged a room for me prior to normal check in and also did the same for a late checkout. I loved the Rosebery so much I extended my stay from 1 week to 2 weeks. Close to tube and buses right on your doorstep. Good supermarkets and felt safe at night - lovely neighbourhood - close enough to all the main attractions, but not so busy. Special mention to John (

It was an amazing price for such a central location in London. The little things too - there was a drinking fountain to fill my water bottle up with, a well equipped kitchen, clean shower/toilet room, lots of wall sockets in helpful places, free wifi, good range of options for breakfast, working lifts, towel supplied. Great area, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
