The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay here. It is just 7/9 mins walk from London Bridge Tube along a street with cafes, art galleries, boutiques and pubs. Tower Bridge is a 10 minute walk and London Bridge tube is 4/5 stops from Kings Cross on the Northern Line. We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon and the
location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the
hotel....which may be for the more basic rooms (and our view was of

Club Quarters is a brilliant choice to make if you are in the city for a
short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel).
Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good
size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free
fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres
within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The
Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).
