We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor. Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from Tower Bridge.
