  This apartment was immaculate, and it's position is second to none, in the heart of Covent Garden. We did have some problems with the apartment as we were locked out for 4 hours 7-11.15pm on our first night - due to the lift breaking down and a lock failing on the second door, but on the night the staff (who were remote from the apartment) acted p... cosa dice la gente » romptly and were supportive. The apartment overlooked St Pauls church square which was lovely and quiet. It fulfilled all our needs and more

They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and gave us a discount on food and drink.
