Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.

Fantastic location in Shepherd's market. Near everything but very quiet. Spacious quarters with two separate rooms, a full kitchen, and separate beds for all three of us. -
Great location - local restaurants and pubs and walking distance to attractions.
Arrived early - staff made us feel welcome and facilitated early check-in.

Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
