Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

The service at Peninsula BKK is outstanding in every respect.
The rooms spacious and luxurious. If you Re lucky enough to get a corner room the views of the river and BKK are wonderful. Swimming pool area is tranquil and magnificent. -

Everything was of luxury standard from booking in to departure. We chose
the Horizon Club and appreciated the extra benefits it offered. This
includes a top 3 floor position and view of the river, and all day
snacks and non alcoholic and the happy hour each night. It is placed in
the luxury price bracket, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pulizia, discrezione, i servizi: i ristoranti sono molto belli e si mangia bene(un po' cari, quello all'ultimo piano è super panoramico, ma costa 70€ a testa!). Bella la spa e la palestra sulla piscina. Bella posizione - le camere hanno una vista spettacolare ! I ristoranti sono eccezionali

was greeted by a very friendly male manager, who instantly upgraded us
to a honeymoon suite with the river view. The rooms where very clean and

An excellent hotel. Couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste. The restaurant was excellent value, and breakfast had every type of food you could possibly want.
